We are thrilled to share the incredible achievements of our 2023 Internationalization Program here at GDM! This year, we set our sights on global expansion and ventured into new territories with great success. Let’s take a closer look at our two key initiatives:

Discovering Asian Markets: GDM’s Success in Taiwan

Our first objective was to develop an ambitious expansion plan in Asia, seeking out new markets and forging partnerships with international allies. We narrowed our focus on Taiwan, and the outcomes have been nothing short of remarkable! We established valuable connections with several prominent companies, enabling us to showcase our industrial capabilities in new markets.

MAINTENANCE 2023: A Launchpad to New Horizons

The second milestone in our internationalization quest was our participation in the prestigious MAINTENANCE international fair. This remarkable event brought together a myriad of global companies, presenting us with an excellent opportunity to explore untapped markets. As we’ve discussed in earlier articles, the impact of this fair has been instrumental in propelling GDM to new heights.

We invite you to watch our promotional video, which beautifully captures the essence of our internationalization program. It showcases the collaborative efforts between GDM and HIWIN, as well as our endeavors to make a mark in the global market through MAINTENANCE. The video features our exceptional robot collections, catering to the European market.

Grateful for the Support

At GDM, we recognize that no achievement is made in isolation. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the lines of business promotion in the international market, whose unwavering support has been instrumental in ensuring the success of these projects. In particular, we were fortunate to receive assistance from the 2022 Internationalization Expansion for SMEs program in the Castilla y León region. This initiative aims to foster a more competitive business environment in our region, and our project was a proud participant, incorporating both the Taiwan expedition and MAINTENANCE attendance.

Acknowledgments

We are proud to announce that our project, identified with the file number 08/22/VA/0068, is co-financed by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICE) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). It is an integral part of the Castilla y León 2014-2020 Operational Program.

Our journey toward internationalization continues, and we’re grateful for your continued support. Together, we’ll conquer new horizons and pave the way for an even brighter future. Stay tuned for more updates as we progress on this exciting path!
